I start by understanding people. Through interviews, observations and surveys, I uncover user needs, behaviours and pain points. Rather than relying on assumptions, I use research to build a solid foundation for every decision.
Define
I analyse research findings to identify patterns, uncover opportunities and define the right problem to solve. By combining user insights with psychological principles and business goals, I create clear directions that guide the design process.
Create
Research doesn't stop once ideas take shape. I translate insights into concepts, wireframes and prototypes, then validate them with users to ensure solutions are intuitive, meaningful and grounded in real needs.
